Since 1978 Everest Valve Company has been dedicated to providing quality engineered and fabricated products to meet the rapidly increasing demands of the industry today. We have a specially trained team of engineers and a manufacturing personnel well experienced in producing high quality, custom designed valves and strainers.
Our engineering staff combines both chemical and mechanical engineering expertise in recommending, designing and manufacturing valves and strainers to meet the customers specific needs. The manufacturing facility is well equipped to accurately fabricate, machine and then carefully assemble each component for a precise fit. Each valve or strainer is inspected and tested to make sure it meets or exceeds rated pressure, temperature, leakage and first class workmanship requirements before leaving the facility.
- Hydrotesting valves up to 2500# ANSI Rating at 9000 psig per ASME Section VIII code requirement.
- Heat testing of valves up to +1800°F
- Cryogenic testing of valves to -320°F
- On site supervision of product installation and adjustment of special valves with automatic controls.
Butterfly Valves are simple flow control devices that use a pivoting disc to open, close, or throttle flow. Butterfly Valves provide trouble free service in many chemical, pertro-chemical, water, and power generation industries. Everest Butterfly Valves are designed and manufactured to provide control and shutoff of flowing gases, liquids, or fludized solids. These include Double Flange, Lug, and Wafer Types.
We manufacture a complete line of check valves made to our existing field-tested proven designs. Our product line includes the following styles of valves; Tilting Disc Check, Swing and wafer check, ISO-Check, Hydraulic Assist, Fast Closing, & Low Delta P. ISO Check valves are available with refractory lining for high temperature service.
Gate Type Valves
A Gate Valve, or Sluice Valve, as it is sometimes known, is a valve that opens by lifting a round or rectangular gate/wedge out of the path of the fluid. The distinct feature of a gate valve is the sealing surfaces between the gate and seats are planar. The gate faces can form a wedge shape or they can be parallel. Gate valves are sometimes used for regulating flow, but many are not suited for that purpose, having been designed to be fully opened or closed. When fully open, the typical gate valve has no obstruction in the flow path, resulting in very low friction loss.

Relief Type Valves
The relief valve is a type of valve used to control or limit the pressure in a system or vessel which can build up by a process upset, instrument or equipment failure, or fire. The pressure is relieved by allowing the pressurised fluid to flow from an auxiliary passage out of the system. The relief valve is designed or set to open at a predetermined pressure to protect pressure vessels and other equipment from being subjected to pressures that exceed their design limits. When the pressure setting is exceeded, the relief valve becomes the "path of least resistance" as the valve is forced open and a portion of the fluid is diverted through the auxiliary route.

All products manufactured by Everest are guaranteed free of defects in material and workmanship, when used within the range recommended, for a period of one year from shipment. When authorized, any defective part or product may be returned to the factory. If found defective, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge, F.O.B. our factory. No charge for labor or other expenses incurred will be allowed as the liability of Everest is limited to the refund price of the defective part or product only.
