Schutte & Koerting has more than a century of experience in the design and manufacture of steam jet vacuum systems, steam jet heaters, exhausters and compressors, scrubber systems, desuperheaters, thermocompressors, eductors and syphons, ejectors, and valves.
Schutte & Koerting provides repair and reburbishment of S&K valves by experienced, certified technicians to meet the functional, regulatory, and safety requirements of your plant. S&K will refurbish other manufacturers’ valves on an individual basis.
State-of-the-art valve service centers are located in Texas, California, and Pennsylvania and provide turnkey service for preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. Facilities are fully equipped to handle rebuilding and overhauling S&K valves to keep your process in peak performance and to perform according to industry and factory specifications. Our service center locations are ready to provide support for keeping your process running smoothly and efficiently and avoiding extensive equipment downtime.

- Check Valves
(prevent backflow in steam, air, or water lines. Used extensively in extraction lines from steam turbines, feedwater heaters, heating systems, process equipment, lines from heat exchangers and auxiliaries to nuclear reactors)
- Throttle Trip Valves
(dual function valves that control flow to steam turbines during start-up and shut-down and provide emergency protection by closing automatically and instantaneously when a trip condition is detected)

(two position valves designed to divert flow from one pipeline to another)

(typically used to divert, restrict or completely shut off flow in oil cooler in power plant applications)
